There is nothing in Torah against having pre marital sex !

Torah dose have a lot to say about sex but there is nothing prohibiting pre marital sex.

You can read Leviticus 18, Leviticus 20, to learn more about God's laws and sexual morality.

A note of caution. With various actions comes responsibilities.  While driving your car it makes good sense and good prudence to put on your seat belt! 

For enjoying being sexually active also comes with responsibilities.  Just like wearing a seat belt in car.  It is also good prudence to seek safe sex practices like being sure to always use some form of good birth control. The use of condoms to combat STD's  "sexual transmitted diseases" and for use as birth control. These are very inexpensive and shows very good prudence for yourself and towards others.  

It is such a blessing to see women who know the value of carrying condoms with them at all times.

From a Torah commentator writing on Pre-Marital Sex

Many people are surprised to learn that the Torah (the commandments of God) does not prohibit premarital sex. 

I challenge you to find any passage in the Jewish scriptures that forbids a man from having consensual sexual relations with any woman he could legally marry. It's just not there!

Nor is there any passage that requires a man to marry a woman after having consensual sexual relations with her.
